Alot of people asked me what is the secret of becoming an Automated Millionaire... I always have the same answer as my Mentor.

"There is no secret to becoming an Automated Millionaire as the elevator to success is out of order, we have to take one step at a time!"

So what is the next step to becoming an Automated Millionaire? Leverage on the basic methodology of investing - Dollar Cost Averaging. So what is it? It is just simply taking the same amount of money and invest every month WITHOUT timing the market, hence resulting buying more units when the price is low and buying less units when the price is high (quite similar to buy low sell high concept). Like what my Mentor said, We are taking one step every month ;)

As you can see, the average price per unit is even lower than the average price per year (Take the total of 12 month's pricing and divide by 12). Therefore, our Return On Investment (ROI) is even higher (for this example, it is 11.3%).

Hence, one of the most important factor to become an Automated Millionaire is your Regular Saving Plan (RSP). That is why I always recommend my client's to start a RSP even if they have only S$100 per month.
